ผลิตภัณฑ์น้ำยาที่คุณซื้อจะบรรจุในขวดอลูมิเนียมแบบใช้ซ้ำ หลังจากใช้ผลิตภัณฑ์หมดแล้วคุณสามารถส่งคืนบรรจุภัณฑ์เพื่อรับเงินส่วนหนึ่งคืนได้จากทางร้าน ขวดเหล่านี้จะถูกนำไปทำความสะอาดและบรรจุซ้ำเพื่อนำกลับมาใช้ต่อไป และแน่นอนว่าคุณอาจจะมีโอกาสได้รับขวดใช้ซ้ำแต่คุณสามารถมั่นใจได้ว่าขวดที่ส่งถึงมือคุณสะอาดและน้ำยายังคงคุณภาพ
Delivery your daily liquid detergent to your door in reusable packaging. We would like to expand the accessibility of zero-waste lifestyle to everyone by applying Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) policy. Refill Station will be responsible for the packaging we produce.
The detergents are filled in reusable aluminum containers. You can return the packaging and get some amount of the money back after use. These bottles will be cleaned, refilled, and reused again and again. Of course, you may get the used bottles too but please assure that all bottles are cleaned and the quality of products is as good as in general packaging.

• หลังจากการใช้งานหมดแล้ว ถ้าคุณอยากทิ้งขวดบรรจุภัณฑ์ละก็ ส่งมาให้ Refill Station เรายินดีให้เงินคืนค่าบรรจุภัณฑ์ขวดละ 100 บาท (อย่าลืมล้างให้สะอาดและตากให้แห้งด้วยนะ)
• คืนบรรจุภัณฑ์ได้ที่ ร้าน Better Moon café x Refill Station และ Care Station หรือ ส่งคืนทางไปรษณีย์โดยทักมาหน้าเพจ
• ขวดนี้จะถูกนำไปล้างให้สะอาด อบให้แห้งอีกครั้งเพื่อบรรจุน้ำยาครั้งใหม่ โปรดอย่าถือสาถ้าคุณได้ใช้ขวดอายุมากที่ผ่านการใช้งานมาก่อน
How to purchase?
• Please select detergent from: www.refillstationbkk.com/detergent and THB125 for an aluminum bottle.
• After you decide, please place the order via our facebook page messenger >> m.me/refillstationbkk
• We then deliver your order to your doors.
• After you finish the product, you can return the clean bottle back to us, and we would pay you back 100 THB per bottle.
• You can return at either Better Moon café x Refill Station or via post to our head office (please inbox for the returning address)
• These bottles will be nicely cleaned and dried to be able to refill. Please do not mind if you receive a used bottle.

ส่งบรรจุภัณฑ์ที่ล้างสะอาดและตากให้แห้ง พร้อมใช้งานครั้งต่อไปมาได้ที่หน้าร้าน Better Moon café x Refill Station, Care Station BTSเอกมัย หรือทางไปรษณีย์มาที่สำนักงานใหญ่ โดยแจ้งมาทางหน้าเพจ พร้อมแจ้งชื่อและเลขบัญชีสำหรับโอนเงินคืน ค่าบรรจุภัณฑ์จำนวน 100 บาทจะโอนคืนบัญชีผู้ซื้อภายใน 7 วันทำการ
ส่วนต่าง 25 บาทของค่าขวดคือค่าจัดเก็บ นำส่ง ล้างทำความสะอาด และนำส่งโรงงานเพื่อบรรจุใหม่อีกครั้ง
You can return the dry and clean bottle at Better Moon café x Refill Station, Care Station BTS Ekkamai or via post to our head office (please inbox us for more detail). The bottle price of 100 THB will be transferred to your bank account within 7 working-days.
Note: the difference of 25 THB will be used for storage, delivery, cleaning, and shipping back to the factories for refilling.

ค่าจัดส่งเริ่มต้นที่ 60 บาท ขวดต่อไปค่าจัดส่งเพิ่มขวดละ 25 บาท หากสั่งสินค้าอื่นๆ เพิ่มเติมคิดค่าส่งตามจริง
The shipping fee starts at 60 THB per bottle and 25THB for each next bottle(s). If you order other products apart from detergent, the shipping price is calculated by actual costs.
มีขั้นต่ำการซื้อสินค้าหรือไม่? | Is there minimum order?
บรรจุภัณฑ์ขวดอลูมิเนียมสามารถบรรจุได้ 500g. ซึ่งเป็นปริมาณการขายแบบเติมเต็มขวด
We sell in 500g(ml) bottle. This is our minimum order.

เนื่องจากขวดเดิมจะเข้ากระบวนการล้างและทำความสะอาด นำส่งโรงงานเพื่อบรรจุซ้ำถัดไป ลูกค้าจึงอาจจะได้รับขวดที่ผ่านการใช้งานและทำความสะอาดเรียบร้อยแล้ว
You probably get the clean reused bottle. The reused bottle will be nicely pasteurised and refill at the factory.
หากขวดชำรุดแล้วต้องการส่งคืนได้ไหม | Do you accept an incomplete or damaged bottle?
ขวดของเราจะถูกนำกลับมาใช้ใหม่ให้ลูกค้าท่านอื่นๆ จึงอยากขอความร่วมมือลูกค้ารักษาทรัพยากรอย่างดี กรณีลูกค้าส่งคืนขวด ตัวขวดต้องอยู่ในสภาพพร้อมนำกลับมาใช้งานใหม่ ประกอบด้วย
1. ตัวขวดอลูมิเนียม :
1.1. กรณีรับคืน : ขวดอยู่ในสภาพพร้อมส่งให้ลูกค้าท่านอื่นต่อไป ตั้งได้ ไม่เสียหาย มีรอยได้บ้าง ฝาเกลียวยังต้องปิดได้ ลูกค้าจะได้รับเงินคืน 100 บาท
1.2. กรณีรับแต่ไม่คืนเงิน : พิจารณาเป็นกรณีหากขวดอยู่ในสถานะที่ไม่สามารถใช้งานต่อได้
2. ฝา : ฝายังต้องปิดขวดได้ตามปกติ (กรณีฝาหายหรือชำรุด 5 บาท)
Because the bottle will be refilled, please use it with care. In case you return the used bottle, the bottle should be in usable condition.
1.Bottle
1.1. Refundable when the bottle is in good condition: standable, no severe damage (little scratches are acceptable).
1.2. Non refundable when it is not able to be reused, the decision of the company is finalised.
2.Cap
2.1.Refundable when the screw cap is properly usable.
2.2If not, it would deduct THB 5 from the refund amount.

ส่วนต่าง 25 บาทของค่าขวดเป็นค่าดำเนินการเพื่อลดการสร้างขยะ ซึ่งประกอบไปด้วยการจัดเก็บรวบรวมขวด นำส่งเพื่อล้างทำความสะอาด และนำส่งโรงงานเพื่อบรรจุใหม่อีกครั้ง
You will get THB100 when you return the bottle. The difference of THB25 is a management fee includes costs of storage, delivery, cleaning, and shipping back to the factories for refilling.
